5/20/99 Request For Grievance, Appeal and Hearing on Dr Roaj Ujjin I had an appointment for a physical with Dr. Raoj Ujjin. His report is 100% lies. CEO Kelly Atkinson Medicare Complete/United Health Care steal $314+ from SS taxes to pay, protect him. He ignored my symptoms, He gave me a perscription for arthritis I DO NOT HAVE, referred me to an arthritis surgeon I do not need. Like cutting off your toe to cure a headache. I asked for an optometrist to check my reading glasses but he gave me a surgeon to cut my eyes out. I told him I did not need or want drugs since doctors kill more patients with perscription drugs than die for other causes. He gave me a perscription for his toilet bowl
